Five Beachfront Bungalows are situated just steps away from the Caribbean Sea. Built in the style of Roatán architecture, large screened louvre windows provide cross ventilation while high quality handmade wood furnishings and custom art give you that perfect Island Luxury accommodation you are looking for.
Each guest rooms feature new beds, bedding and oversize pillows, and private bathrooms. In addition, the state-of-the-art ceiling fans and modern light fixtures create a comfortable yet elegant environment. All the bungalows open out to the patio where you can sit in our Adirondack chairs or swing in our locally sewn hammocks.
Garden Casitas
Situated near the entrance of the property you will find two colorful Garden Casitas. Nestled amongst lush tropical vegetation, each Casita comes equipped with a kitchenette and offers a bit more privacy. The Garden Casitas are just a short walk to the beach.
Like our beachfront bungalows, each guest room feature new beds, bedding and oversize pillows, and private bathrooms. In addition, our state-of-the-art ceiling fans and modern light fixtures create a comfortable yet elegant environment. Both Casitas have oversized porches with hammocks, chairs and table.

Food Experience
Food at Puerta Azul is taken under serious consideration. The hotel strives to provide its guests with locally sourced, fresh ingredients. Every meal is prepared with passion which only adds to your Roatán experience. Genuine effort is made to provide you with healthy, Island style fare.
Breakfast is served chef's choice and include eggs, fruit, freshly brewed Honduran coffee & orange juice.
For Lunch and Dinner, guests have a seasonal menu to choose from. Whole or filet fish, shrimp, local poultry and meats, fresh salads and vegetables, island plantains and coconut rice are all enjoyed on the grand porch.
All Meals are served table side on the Grand Porch.
Vegan, vegetarian and gluten free diets are welcomed at Puerta Azul.
